How to use:
-Apply the base color, or use our basic semi-cured nail strips to complete the base color part in a faster and simpler way. (optional)

-After you completely dry the top cover, use a sponge tipped eyeshadow applicator / silicone brush to apple a layer of powder.

-Sealed with a thin layer of top cover gel to prevent chrome from chipping.
